Where do I log in?

You get a login URL and admin credentials by email shortly after checkout. You log in at your own subdomain, for example acme-corp.nextwave.io.

Can I use my own domain/subdomain?

You choose your own subdomain at checkout, and it becomes your login address, for example acme-corp.nextwave.io. Bringing your own domain is not automatic yet, because the subdomain is what lets setup run without a person. If you need one, email help@leadgenjay.com and we will talk through the options.

How fast is setup?

Close to instant. Provisioning is automated, so your instance and its database are built within minutes of checkout rather than waiting on a person.

Is there support I can add?

Yes. Everyone gets a technician on call for anything that goes wrong with the instance itself. If you want dedicated help building your automations rather than just keeping them running, email help@leadgenjay.com and we will point you at the right option.

Who handles updates and maintenance?

We do. New n8n versions are applied within 5 days of release, automatically, with nothing for you to run. A technician handles anything that goes wrong.

Is my data safe? Are there backups?

Your instance runs on a private server with daily automated backups, so your workflows and credentials are not sitting on a single unprotected disk.

What if I want to migrate my account?

We help you leave. You can request your full installation file with your credentials and workflows so you can import everything into another provider. You are not locked in.

What if I need more power later?

Every instance starts with 2 GB of memory, which is about six times what a typical customer's workflows actually use. If you outgrow it, email help@leadgenjay.com and we will move you up to 4 GB for $100/mo.
